We have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the European Banking Union’s Single Resolution Board (SRB).

The MoU is a cooperation agreement which outlines both organisations’ intent to consult, cooperate and exchange information in connection with the resolution of entities that operate both in New Zealand and in the European Banking Union in a manner consistent with and permitted by the laws and requirements that govern the jurisdictions.
