We are a signatory to the IAIS Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MMoU).
This is a global framework for cooperation and information exchange between insurance supervisors and a statement of signatories’ intent to cooperate in the field of information exchange.
The memorandum also covers procedures for handling information requests.
