The purpose of this MoU is to provide a framework for a formal relationship of cooperation and information sharing between the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and the Commerce Commission to enable effective and efficient performance of each party’s regulatory functions, particularly in respect of matters where the parties have a mutual interest.
