We have entered a memoranda of understanding (MoU) with the Banking Ombudsman Scheme (BOS) to formalise the relationship of cooperation and record each party’s commitment to consult, cooperate and share information in relation to entities supervised by us that are members of the Banking Ombudsman Scheme.
