The operating rules and guidelines comprise four documents as set out below.
These two documents contain the rules and guidelines for all domestic market operations (for example, FX swaps and basis swaps, OMOs, overnight reverse repo facility) conducted by our Financial Markets department (Index and Introduction PDF issued 23 October 2025 and Domestic Market Operations PDF issued 18 August 2025).
