Holiday Act remediation payments for former employees

Holidays Act 2003 remediation update

The Holidays Act 2003 sets out how payment for leave and final pay is to be calculated and paid.

We’ve found that some past employees may have been incorrectly paid under the Holidays Act. We’re contacting former staff members who were employed by the Reserve Bank between 1 April 2013 and 1 July 2022 who are entitled to a payment.

We will contact you by email or send you a letter.

If we contact you, please complete the form below and provide us with your:

  • name
  • date of birth
  • email address
  • IRD number

If you have any questions or can’t access the form, please email [email protected] and we’ll get back to you.

If you joined the Reserve Bank after 1 July 2022, you have been paid correctly and don't need to do anything.
