Open consultations and policy under development
The Reserve Bank undertook a stocktake of the regulatory framework for banks and non-bank deposit takers (NBDTs). The objective of the stocktake was to improve the efficiency, clarity and consistency of the regulatory requirements in those sectors.
The Reserve Bank takes a proactive role in promoting cyber resilience in the financial sector. The Reserve Bank published a consultation paper to seek public feedback on the draft Guidance on cyber resilience and its initial views on information gathering and sharing.
