About the speech
Mr Richardson will speak specifically on the Reserve Bank's liquidity management consultation which was launched in September last year.
Mr Richardson will summarise the feedback received from the consultation and the key decisions taken by the RBNZ. In particular, he will outline the key parameters for Open Market Operations and how these will aid the RBNZ’s objective of effective monetary policy implementation.
