About the organisational changes

In 2025, the RBNZ conducted and implemented an organisational change and restructure process, known internally as Project Denby.

Our new organisational structure came into effect on 13 October 2025.

We are releasing the decision documents related to each stage of the change process - Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Leadership Team (LT) and all staff.

There is also an overview document with frequently asked questions related to the change process, and the final organisational structure to Directorate level.
