On 12 August 2015 the Reserve Bank published the Insurer Foreign Business Return. Some insurers with material foreign insurance business are required by notice to report using this return. The consultation and associated feedback are set out below:

Reporting will be implemented largely as proposed, although some aspects clarified through the feedback.
