Five weeks annual leave and flexi leave
We offer five weeks paid annual leave each year. But that’s not all. We allow employees to buy up to an extra three weeks of flexi leave in a calendar year. The cost of each additional week’s leave is 2% of your total remuneration.
Working from home equipment subsidy
We’ll contribute up to $800 for equipment to help you set up a safe and functional home office. This benefit is available to permanent employees and fixed term employees with an employment agreement of 12 months or more.

Generous parental leave
Expecting parents are provided 5 days of paid leave (at the time of birth or adoption), and a one-off additional 5 days of wellness leave upon return. We offer an ex-gratia payment of 11 weeks remuneration for eligible employees who return from a period of at least 3 months approved parental leave.
