Grow. Connect. Learn.

It’s about unlocking our full potential

We offer a range of learning and development opportunities to grow, connect, learn and experience. On our orientation programme, you’ll learn about what we do and connect with our leaders and others across the business right from the start.

It’s about unlocking our full potential

We have LinkedIn Learning available to all employees giving you access to over 16,000 courses to develop your professional skills and knowledge.

We host in-house seminars and local and international events with leaders in their field to help you build your knowledge and your networks.

We run in-house te Reo and Tikanga training. Building cultural and language awareness of Te Ao Māori is important to us and achieving our goals.

And if you want to broaden your professional expertise, networks and life experiences even more, we sometimes have rewarding secondment opportunities to other central banks, government departments or private sector organisations.

Social scene

We’re friendly and social. We work together and celebrate our achievements, having fun at every opportunity.

Whether you’re into sports, fitness, lunchtime walking, gardening, coffee or singing, you’ll find something to suit.

Other facilities and amenities

In our Wellington office, you can have your dry cleaning organised, access in-house showers, changing rooms and a dedicated parents’ room, or have some downtime in our wellness room.

Relaxed dress code

We want you to be comfortable at work. We encourage a tidy-casual dress code, with a step up to business attire when you go to external meetings or events with stakeholders.

CBD locations

We have offices in CBD locations in both Auckland and Wellington and in many cases are happy to discuss working from either location with you. Both of our Wellington and Auckland offices are based in the central business district, conveniently located close to public transport and all handy amenities.

Car and bicycle parking

If you are based in our Wellington office, you have the option of buying an affordable car park as part of your remuneration package. You’ll be allocated a parking space just for you, that you can use 24/7.

We also have two casual parking spots in Wellington available for occasional use, for business or personal needs.

In Auckland, there are several public car parking facilities near the Auckland office.

Looking to cut down your carbon footprint? Our buildings offer sheltered, off-street parking for your bike during your working day, as well as shower facilities and lockers to safely store your helmet and biking gear.
