The Reserve Bank of New Zealand today announced that CCB New Zealand Limited has been registered as a bank in New Zealand.
CCB New Zealand Limited is a fully-owned subsidiary of China Construction Bank Corporation. The name of the registered bank is to be changed to China Construction Bank (New Zealand) Limited.
There are now 24 registered banks in New Zealand, which are listed on the Reserve Bank website.
