Troubleshooting email issues

If you have recently subscribed to our email service and have not received the double opt-in confirmation email, or have signed up to our service and you have not received an email from us after some time, please read the following:

  • If you are using Gmail or other free webmail providers, check your promotions, spam or junk email folders
  • Private email domains tend to have more aggressive firewalls and spam filters, and may block the email from reaching you. If this is the case you will need to contact your IT team and ask them to whitelist Mailchimp's delivery IP addresses. These can be found on the Whitelisting information for Mailchimp delivery servers page.
