Are you an experienced strategic internal communications business partner comfortable with contributing to and implementing internal communications strategies, programmes and projects? Are you driven by seeing how your insights can shape your organisation's future culture?

To best meet the communications needs that come from our clear vision, we have created a number of new Communications positions to bring on additional talent to join us on our exciting journey of transformation. We are building a full-service Communications Department that is focused on providing highly effective, multi-channel stakeholder communications in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.

The Role

You will develop a deep understanding and knowledge of the Bank and its stakeholders in order to contribute to and implement the Bank's internal communications strategies, programmes and projects. You will work collaboratively with the Internal Communications Adviser and Digital Channels Adviser to effectively spread understanding of key organisational initiatives, changes and successes. Part of your role will be to work closely with the People and Culture group to ensure staff receive consistent messages to support the Bank's vision and organisational development.

About You

You will be an experienced internal communications professional unafraid of change, and motivated by influencing the big-picture. You may already have some financial knowledge otherwise you'll be keen to learn and innovate with us. You'll be excited at the prospect of applying all of your skills and insights in order to have a real impact on our future culture.
