Organisational / Learning & Development Adviser

Newly established team
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who has a broad base of Organisational / Learning & Development experience to join our newly established team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing processes, incentives and will also be a part of design planning. You will come with strong design theory and will be able to listen and draw out what people want.
Some of the key duties of this role include:
Workforce capability requirements and assessments
Developing an inclusive and innovative team culture to create an environment for growth
Co-designing and delivering a comprehensive leadership development framework and related programmes to meet the high performance culture objectives;
Embedding constructive, achievement-focused performance management ethics across the business
To be considered for this role, you must have the following attributes:
4-5 years’ experience in an Organisational Development advisory role or similar
University qualifications in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology. Additional qualifications and experience in adult learning and/or change management are desirable
Experience having successfully designed and delivered team culture transformation and leadership development within a high performing organisation
Proven ability to lead and influence management from a subject matter expert position
Confident workshop facilitator
Confidence with technology and digital media
