This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Adviser to grow, develop and really make this role your own!  The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, will be adaptable to change and have the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Some of the key duties of this role include:


  • Co-designing with key stakeholders, providing context in line with instructional design concepts using adult learning principles

  • Proposing fit for purpose solutions to the Organisational Development Manager as result of stakeholder contribution and participation

  • Development of end to end learning and development solutions, in partnership with colleagues including the Organisational Development Manager

  • Co-delivery of learning and development solutions with wider team and/or external consultants


To be considered for this role, you must have the following attributes:


  • 2-3 years effective performance in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in learning design, development and delivery

  • A tertiary qualification in Education, HR Management, Organisational Development, Information Technology or similar academic disciplines

  • Knowledge and experience working with a Learning Management System and with e-learning packages

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making capability

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to communicate complex and analytical data to wide ranging audiences at all levels

  • Ability to deliver/facilitate effective training workshops to meet requirements
