This role sits within the Supervision Department that is responsible for implementing the Outsourcing Policy. The policy requires large banks to put in place appropriate mitigates to ensure they can continue to operate in the event of a failure of a supplier or separation from the parent bank.
You will undertake specific work relating to RBNZ's Outsourcing Policy including assessing and making recommendations on regulated Banks' new and existing outsourcing arrangements. You will have the opportunity to develop your career to become a future prudential supervisor.
This position can be based in either Auckland or Wellington and we will consider a range of banking experience for this role.
You will have professional experience in the operational or risk side of banking, or in IT systems. You will be able to demonstrate highly effective communication and influencing skills along with excellent relationship management skills.
