Our Code of Conduct and corporate policies

We promote integrity and high ethical standards within our organisation.

Our Code of Conduct sets out the expectations of our people while working for Te Pūtea Matua­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­. It documents our commitment to the principles of kaitiakitanga (guardianship). It also reflects our values of Wānanga (Innovation), Tauira (Integrity) and Taura (Inclusion).

Corporate policies underpin our Code of Conduct's principles and requirements.

These important policies:

  • set out how we should approach day-to-day situations
  • help our people to understand our direction, and
  • set expectations for how we act as an organisation.
