Biography

Sarah joined Te Pūtea Matua in 2022. She is responsible for operational excellence, thought leadership, building capability, the implementation of strategy and reporting. 

Prior to joining us, Sarah held a range of roles in banking and insurance in both New Zealand and the UK. Her experience includes audit, agile and lean transformation, change management, strategy development and implementation, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. 

Sarah has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science and Information Systems, and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from the University of Auckland. She has recently completed a post-graduate certificate in Leading Change for Good.
