Fezeela Raza
Director Organisational Capability and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Biography
As the Director of Organisational Capability and DEI, Fezeela is responsible for strategies and programmes to lift our organisational capability, embed diversity, equity and inclusion and Te Ao Māori across our organisation, and develop our maturity as a learning organisation. She also has responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing portfolio.
Fezeela joined us in 2021 as the Director of DEI. Prior to this, she has worked in range of roles focusing on leading strategic enterprise approaches to diversity, equity and inclusion, organisational capability and leadership development across sectors with a focus on central and local government. She has held roles at the University of Auckland, the Department of Internal Affairs, Diversity Work NZ and Auckland Council.
She holds a Master of Arts (Psychology) with first class honours from the University of Auckland.
