What if there are errors in the Users and Folders spreadsheet that has been submitted?

If any of the information provided is rejected during the upload and verification process we will notify you of the errors and request that you correct them. Once the corrections have been made, the spreadsheet will need to be resubmitted, by uploading it to the previously provided link to your upload location in the RBNZ File Transfer Service. We will also need to be notified that the corrections have been made and the spreadsheet has been uploaded to RBNZ File Transfer Service via the RBNZ Service Desk Portal service request.

Can there be more than one Service Requester for an organisation?

Each organisation is required to have a minimum of one Service Requester. There can be more than one Service Requester for an organisation.

Can a Compliance Officer also be a Service Requester?

Yes, both positions can be held by one person though the responsibilities of a Compliance Officer differ from those of the Service Requester. The person will need to be familiar with both sets of responsibilities. Please refer to the Terms of Use for the responsibilities of these roles.

Can someone be a Service Requester for more than one organisation?

Yes an individual can be a Service Requester for more than one organisation. When they are submitting a Requests via the RBNZ Service Desk Portal, they will need to stipulate which organisation they are submitting the service requests on behalf of. There is provision in the service request form to do this.

Who can be contacted if there are queries regarding the RBNZ File Transfer Service?

All queries need to be logged through out Box Service Portal.

If there is more than one organisation being on-boarded to the RBNZ File Transfer Service in the group, can one Compliance Officer or Service Requester cover all organisations?

Yes, one person can be a Compliance Officer and/or Service Requester for all the organisations in the group.

What if a staff member in your organisation submits a service request regarding user access or changing folder access without placing the request through the organisation’s Service Requester?

If RBNZ Service Desk receives a request for user access or changes to folder access from someone who is not the Service Requester. This will need approval by the organisations nominated Service Requester

What information do I need to return when I submit my updated user and folder permissions?

The information in the spreadsheet that you need to return is your complete set of permissions not just the information that you have changed.
