C7 Interest rates of New Zealand dollar funding and claims: M3 institutions

After a period of testing, data revisions from a major bank have been incorporated.
The impact on the aggregate spread is minor. Levels of interest rates for funding and claims have adjusted slightly more. The aggregate change here remains small.

Reclassification by a major bank has resulted in a reduction in household funding.
This reclassification has been backdated on a proportional basis to November 1996,
where there is an existing break in the series.
