Biography:

Willy returned to the Bank in August 2011 as an Adviser in the Issues Team, following a two-year secondment to the Asia-Pacific constituency office at the IMF’s Executive Board. He had started at the Bank in 2001 with the Forecasting team, and then from 2003 to 2009 worked on banking sector policy in the Prudential Supervision Department.
