Biography:
Tim currently manages the Forecasting team, which is responsible for
producing the projections of economic activity and inflation in the Bank's
Monetary Policy Statements. He joined the Bank in 1999, after graduating from
Canterbury University and has worked in both the Financial Stability and
Economics Departments. Tim had a two year secondment to the Reserve Bank of
Australia’s Economics Group, returning to New Zealand in July 2006.
