Information release: South Canterbury Finance

The Bank has released further documents relating to its engagement with South Canterbury Finance, following a request under the Official Information Act 1982. As indicated at the time, these were withheld from the earlier release on 1 November 2010, on the basis that the information would be made publicly available by the Treasury in a subsequent release. The Treasury released this information on 14 April 2011. Information that has been withheld and the grounds for withholding are indicated in the documents.
