We suggest that you use the low quality or medium quality links to minimise connection problems. If you do encounter pausing during the webcast try using a lower quality link. You will only be able to use the high quality link if you have a sufficiently fast Internet connection. The webcast is best viewed on a smaller screen, if you maximise your screen the picture quality may become blurry.
If you can not see colour bar pattern then there is a problem and it is unlikely that you will be able to access the MPS webcast. Note that some corporate networks block access to certain content on the internet, and it is possible that your network is blocking access to the webcast. You will need to talk to your IT support staff to resolve the issue.
If you can see a colour bar pattern you have made a successful connection and you should have no difficulty accessing the MPS webcast.
